I’m so excited to hold the space for a beautiful and playful yoga class accessible to everyone regardless of their mental or physical disabilities.

This workshop will be a space for us to get to know each other and create a safe container where everyone feels safe and seen.

The class will be a gentle slow flow, letting the participants to tap into their body and sensations.

I acknowledge that through playfulness, breath and love we can create magic.

And finally bit about me…

I’m Sofia, a fairy from Colombia. My experience as a Support Worker for disabilities starts back in Sydney while I was working for Hire Up and Fighting Chance.

In this last one I taught Yoga to all participants and Support Workers too. This experience showed me that YOGA is for everyone and we can all benefit from it and also the importance of connection to one another during the classes.

More than happy to start this new journey up here and looking forward to meet all you guys and to share and connect from the heart!
