WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

Every workshop is designed to align with the energies of the time, that includes what earth / moon cycle it is and what’s present for the group who shows up.

The experience of Activating your inner Ki generally includes movement, meditation and acupuncture.

Starting with movement such as yoga, qigong or something more intuitive allows us to begin opening ourselves, starting with our body and how we feel in it. We further step away from the thinking mind to the feeling states by entering into meditative states to seek answers to our questions, practice to surrender and receive and experience profound connection with self. We then deepen into restore + rejuvenate + rebalance with acupuncture.
