I'm SO excited to invite you to my next Day Retreat! This is a morning just for you—to calm the body and ease the mind. A day for you, time for yourself to find some quiet before the holiday madness.
We’ll go through the day slowly, with gentle movement, Breathwork session to regulate the nervous system, and a sound bath to quiet the mind.
