Our modern world stretches us thin.

So many of us live in our heads, feeling disconnected, frazzled, overwhelmed, and tense.

This workshop is your gentle invitation to come back into the body.

Through slow, mindful movement, guided awareness, breath, and rest, we’ll explore what it feels like to soften out of constant doing and into presence.

This is a space to:

- learn about somatics and the nervous system, and then feel it move through you

- begin to make friends with your body in a safe, supportive way

- release accumulated tension and stress

- learn the secret 'morse codes' of the body, allowing you to feel calmer at home in a pinch

- remember how to be yourself without effort

No experience is needed. All bodies are welcome. Come as you are, whether you're curious, tired, open, or unsure.

You’ll leave feeling more rooted, regulated, and at home in yourself.

Energy exchange is $40 per person. Limited to 10 people only.
