The most important relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself.

So here’s your invitation to show yourself some love this V Day. 

Into the Heart is a slow, guided experience focused on building a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself.

It’s a space to pause, drop out of your head, and spend time with yourself in a way that feels safe and real.

This isn’t about pushing into big emotions or trying to ‘open your heart.’

It’s about learning how to see yourself with more softness and grace.

We will:

• settle into our space with a cup of herbal tea

• explore what self-love feels like in the body (not just the mind)

• learn simple somatic practices to feel safer, calmer, and more at ease with yourself

• begin cultivating a kinder relationship with ourselves

  
  

We’ll also end with a yoga nidra practice. 

No experience is needed. All bodies are welcome. Come as you are, whether you're curious, tired, open, or unsure.

You’ll leave feeling more calm and connected to yourself.

Energy exchange is $50 per person. Limited to 10 people each round.
