Kundalini Yoga Class (+ Gong)

I invite you to join me this Thursday morning for 1.5hr Kundalini Yoga class.  We will move, chant, breathe and just be.  This is yoga to open the heart, connect to your soul and find those moments of deep inner peace that can often feel so elusive in our busy day to day lives - particularly at this time of year.

There is no prerequisite of yoga experience or fitness level.  Everyone is welcome.   If you have your own mat please bring it (there are mats available at the studio if you don't) and a sarong or towel to cover the bolster.
