I’m so happy to be back teaching and would love you to join me for a 2-hour Kundalini Yoga workshop at Sundance Studio.

Sunday 12 April | 10–12

This will be a gentle, beginner-friendly session with delicious movement, nourishing breathwork, sound healing (gongs + bowls) and space to soften, rest, and reconnect.

Cost is $40 or pay what you can. If money feels tight, please just contribute what feels accessible for you. There will be a box for cash on the day and payment is completely at your discretion. If you would prefer direct deposit please reach out for details.
