A Full Moon Heart Opening Workshop Sat 13th August 3.30-5.30pm $30 Everyone Welcome

I invite you to join me for this 2 hour Kundalini Yoga deep dive into our Heart centre!

A workshop allows a bit more time and a bit more space to sink that bit deeper into stillness and into our hearts. Using these beautiful and powerful practices this is what we will do.

Every one is welcome at this workshop, no previous experience, flexibility or fitness is necessary. But if you are new to the practice and have any concerns please reach out.

Props etc are provided but please feel free to bring your own mat or anything else to assist your comfort.

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential. Bookings can be made via the Sundance Studio app or directly through me.
