Join yoguini and psychology student Ivana for a session full of connection and play, offering a blend of partner and group Asanas (yoga poses), Pranayamas (breathwork), Proprioreceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), games and ideas of how to use smart human beings for a workout instead of dumBells, followed by an introduction to Acro Yoga and happy ending with Loving Kindness Meditation.
Explore how teamwork can elevate your physical strength, improve mobility, posture, flexibity and balance, but also build connection, patience and trust, teach you some wonderful lessons in communication and boost your emotional inteliggence.
