Bellydance , learn the art of isolation , energy flow, connection to self and your fellow sister community. Learn bellydance movements which help to ground us in our everyday lives, revitalise and fill your soul!
Closing our dance wisdom session with Restorative Relaxation Yoga Practice to really embody all the beautiful enriching movements into our bodies ....let go of our busy yang lifestyle energy for internal focus ...manifest calm and wellbeing in a safe space.

Tatiana founder and artistic director of Spirit Belly dance has been bellydancing for well over 20 years studying with master teachers both nationally and internationally including Terezka Drnzik , Amera Eid,Jrisis Juskovas, Jillina from Bellydance Superstars and most recently Tribal Fusion Queen Sharon Kihara. Especially taken by the beauty of Middle Eastern Dance, the many health giving benefits, the devine feminine connection to self and sister community that the dance has to offer. Finishing her yoga teachers training in 2002, she enjoys infusing her two passions together .
Described as an inspiring and engaging teacher and performer, her quest is to bring woman together, to honour and love their body for the amazing creation that it is.
In addition to performance and weekly classes, she has also put together productions and has been honoured to be part of many Woman’s Health and Wellbeing Retreats.
