YIN YOGA - ACUPRESSURE - YOGA NIDRA - SOUND BATH
Treat yourself to an evening of deep relaxation, achieved through a delicious combination of yin yoga, acupressure and yoga nidra. As a special goody, we’ll have Danielle playing her Indian flute and crystal bowl for us.
Yin Yoga is a restorative style of yoga that uses long-held, passive poses to nourish the connective tissues in the body, promoting greater physical flexibility, organ health and peace of mind. The longer, often supported holds in Yin Yoga help the body and mind to relax and release tension - mentally, emotionally and physically. It is a mindful practice with an emphasis on conscious breathing and awareness of sensation which deepens our ability to let go and be present.
Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’, is a guided meditation practiced while laying down. It is a method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Yoga Nidra works directly on the energetic body, leading you into a state of wakeful calm and deep rest. Literally, Yoga Nidra means ‘psychic sleep’ – sleep with full awareness.

This workshop explores ways to keep the energetic body in balance, resulting in vibrant health and higher energy levels.
