About The Event
The evening will be a journey of Pranayama exercises, Meditation Techniques & Chanting followed by a long progressive Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. This systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a deep sense of wholeness.
I have no words to describe how excited I am to share this workshop with you all in this beautiful space. I invite you to attend for an authentic evening of self-discovery with other like-minded women.

“I began my Yoga & Meditation journey a decade ago whilst traveling the world experiencing yoga in many different cultures. It’s been a part of my life ever since. I work at a local primary school facilitating philosophy and well-being classes and teaching yoga to children with disabilities and anxiety. I also work at Lighten Up Yoga Studio in Townsville teaching Children’s Yoga & Well-being classes & Women’s Meditation workshops.”
