Please join me on this new moon for a transformative Kundalini Yoga practice. As this is just a 1 hour class it will be predominantly the physical practice of Kundalini Yoga which will include some powerful breathwork plus a short meditation and relaxation. This class will be suitable for everyone and beginners are always welcome.
