When we are out of alignment we are acting or reacting in a behaviour that does not align with our own inner peace. Now this can look like blowing up, losing control, overwhelm, self-sabotage, sadness, fear, etc All of these things point that a person is not in alignment with their hearts and not spending time self-healing in order to change the reaction/action from happening again. The way to become in alignment with your heart of course is to start healing all the things that keep your peace away from you, all the emotions you have sitting inside of you that have never been understood or resolved. A very key part to doing this is the art of creativity and flow – it is the act of allowing yourself to create in order to express and release, a healthy outlet. This workshop is focused around understanding some of the tools available to you and how to implement them into your daily life to use expression as a means of growth and release.
