The thoughtful blend of Traditional Eastern Reiki and yoga practice will give you the tools that will set you on a journey of self discovery filled with possibilities.

Through the practices of Reiki and Yoga, you will have access to a support system that will carry you through challenges in your life. You will also be immediately adopted into a family support network, that will be with you every step of the way.

This is a certified Reiki 1 training course, where your learning is supported by Yoga practice.

On the course you will receive:

• 2 days of theoretical and practical teaching

• Ability to self heal

• Practical Reiki experience on healing others

• A connection with your inner self

• Meditation techniques

• Reiki workbook

• Reiki 1 Practitioner certificate

• Daily yoga practice

No yoga experience required

Vegetarian lunches are provided (vegan upon request) with plenty of refreshments throughout the day.
