Valentines Day Cacao Ceremony & Gong Bath Sunday 14th February 8am - 9.30am $40 (or $70 if you book with a friend or lover)

Gift yourself or your loved one a soul nourishing, heart opening experience this Valentines Day with a beautiful and unique start to the day.

We'll begin the experience by sharing some delicious Ceremonial Cacao, grown right here in Mission Beach. Cacao has compounds that increase blood flow and give you a beautiful heart opening feeling. We will then invite you to lay down for the duration of the meditation as we play. All you need to do is relax and let the Gongs bathe you in their magical healing vibrations. (just to clarify, gong baths do not involve water or actual bath tubs )

We love the combination of Gongs and Cacao, there is something just so blissful about it and we would love to share this experience with you.

This will be an intimate gathering with limited spaces so please book in early to secure your spot. Please bring your own mats, blankets, cushions etc so you can be exceptionally comfortable (you are welcome to use the studios props if you don't have your own). Please also bring your favorite mug for the cacao.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get yourself set up and cozy as we will be starting on time and we don't want you to miss out on any of the goodness. We also recommend only eating lightly beforehand.

The cacao will be sweetened with beautiful local honey, organic cassia essential oil and a little salt, if you have any dietary requirements that this doesn't fit in with please advise and we will cater to that.
