Journey through the Chakras Sept 1st . 1pm-4pm
What to expect ?
During this afternoon we explore different ways to balance and restore our chakras.We will melt into a delicious yin practice connecting to each different chakra whilst tuning into this chakra you will be guided to explore the different qualities. We will also explore the mantra ( sound vibration) through meditation.The use of essential oils for grounding lower 3 chakras and oils which awaken our focus and connection upper chakras.
What is a Chakra?
The Chakra system is a part of our energetic body .
There are 7 main Chakras which run from the base of the spine to the top of the head .
The word Chakra means spinning wheel or vortex . When the energy in the chakra becomes blocked or out of sync,this can show up in the physical body .
How smoothly your chakras function determines how comfortable you feel in your skin, how successful your relationships are and how much inner peace you are able to enjoy.
By focusing and meditating on your chakra system you can help keep them flowing and balanced.
Who is this for?
Have you ever wondered why when you go to say something to someone you get all tongue tied and you just can't talk?
The reason could be that your throat chakra is blocked .
Do you feel some days that your head is in the sky? You may need to balance your root chakra.
Do you have an interest in exploring meditation or just feel like some self love me time then this afternoon is for you.
You will leave feeling nourished grounded and restored.
What to bring?- Nothing apart from your beautiful selves.
Herbal tea and whole food treats will be served.
