This wednesday we are closing our "Wild Moon Dance Journey" with a Ritual Dance to call the Wild Woman within us. This is an open invitation to connect and fully express our authentic wild nature; to be as we are and step into our raw, intense, creative, anupologetic and powerful energy.

The Wild Woman is the instinctive nature that resides within us, the one who creates with passion, the one who hears the impulses that arise from the soul and acts on them. All of us can access to her by listening our intuition, by the act of inspiration and creation, by love making, by spending time in nature...

The wild woman represents that unshaken and integral part of us that is a sacred true being. One of her gifts is that she is not looking for any kind of approvoal or recognition or anybody, she doesn't ask permission to be as she is, because she truly knows her worth and power. The beauty in not seeking aproval is you allow to show up in the most authentic way, you can show up as you are, you feel free, joyful and fully connected to the life force!

♥ What is Wild Moon Dance?

It's an open invitation for women to join together on a journey of self-expression and feminine embodiment through the movement, music and breathing.

These sessions are specially created to support you in your self-discovery process and personal transformation in a safe, guided, nourishing and loving space. You will step into your feminine power embracing your creativity, sensuality, strenght, vulnerability, playfulness and inner beauty. Through a deep conecction with your own body, you will find the freedom and joy within yourself.

- How to be present in your body; trust your intuition and body wisdom;

- Find creative and healthy ways to express your emotions;

- Slow down your mind, finding a sense of ease in your whole self.

- Develop a healthier relationship with yourself as well as with others, based in the self-love, kindness and compassion.

- Find community; immerse yourself into a beautiful and supportive sisterhood for healing and transformation.

♥ About the facilitator

Camila Lunar is deeply passionate about holding the space for women who long to discover and embrace their true femenine nature; their authentic sensuality, pleasure and power . In her work, she merges her studies and experience on Gestalt and Transpersonal Psychology, Hatha Yoga, Somatic/Emotional therapy, Dance and Embodiment practices, Tantra and Massage. ​Through her life experience and educational training, Camila weaves these elements together facilitating regular dance classes, workshops, rituals and private body work and sessions on feminine embodiment.
