To help us keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, we kindly ask that any class or session cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance through the app. If you need to cancel, simply update your booking in the app—this allows us to offer your spot to someone else and manage our schedule with care. Running late or something urgent come up? We completely understand that emergencies happen. If you're unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch as soon as you can. We’re always open to compassionate communication and will do our best to support you where possible. Please note: Late cancellations and no-shows without notice will result in the class credit being forfeited. This helps us honour the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session.
