Candle light is the beauty that accompanies this evening yoga flow class. Maddy's classes are a way to drop into recognising the beautiful vessel of the body as a fully unique expression of creation. Incorporating pranayama exercises, bhandas, kriyas and meditation to tune in into students’ needs and also create a safe and nurturing environment for discovery and transformation. Maddy is an experienced guiding yoga teacher and is so joyful and considerate when holding space for others. When: Wednesday 6 - 7 pm YOGA PRICING: Drop-In: $20 pp
