I welcome you into the studio space, set amongst the rainforest and creek - here we will begin your healing session. Reiki is a trusted healing modality which encourages healing on all levels: Some key benefits of Reiki include: ≈ Offers deep relaxation ≈ Encourages mental clarity ≈ Promotes spiritual connection ≈ Breaks down energy blockages ≈ Aids in self awareness and healing The session will go for approx. 1 and a half hours. There is nothing you need to bring, except the healing intention you wish to work with. I have been practicing Reiki since around 2000, when I completed the Reiki 1 and 2 attunements.
