Your session begins by clearing the associated negative, core-belief that is contributing to your current state of being and healing the childhood event that activated it, before moving into Emotional Release Body Work and Intuitive Flow Massage to clear the cellular memories stored in the tissues. Complete with Energy Work, Sound Healing, AromaTouch, Access Body boosting Process and Access Bars to ensure what has been released during your session can not be recreated. Includes an 8 week Chakra Healing Flower Essence Journey to continue at home. To support the Well-Being of the physical vessel from the inside-out, a low inflammation diet is recommended. Kinesiology Muscle Testing is implemented to ascertain which foods and drinks your body says no to, which alternative options your body says yes to (according to your blood type, which will allow any tears in the gut to heal) and for how long. Exercise suggestions based on your blood type will also be provided and muscle tested. The top 10 inflammation producing foods and drinks are: Gluten, Dairy, processed Sugar (including artificial), Alcohol, Beef, trans fat, fried foods, processed foods (including meats), grain fed meats and more the 1 coffee a day.
